nice it makes a big difference from just something so simple i love the difference my billet grilles made on my truck

Hey gcooper, when you installed the bottom part, did you have a gap in the brackets?? I did but just keep tighteneing it and didnt see that it bent the top bar till the next morning.

Bowtie was 25 dollars i think. It is Solid chrome so i think it's worth it. Its made by street scene, but i got mine online.

Chevymec could you be more specific on what the problem was? If its what im thinking i think it's because of the Z bracket that you screw in. Mine was fine, i didnt have any other problems other than a lack of common sense a couple of times. It turned out good so thats all that matters.

On the bottom grill, the top brackets. Mine had alot of space between the L bracket and the z bracket I think hell I dont even remeber how it went together now... When I tightened it up it bent the top bar on the grill. Maybe it was just me...

Sorry chevymec. I actually didnt use two of the z bars and i think it was on that part. I just bolted straight to the grille shell, if i remember right. It also took me 3 hours start to finish. Because i screwed up once and i spent a lot of time making sure it was lined up perfectly.

I knew I used too many parts!! Ill prob take the grill back off and try and fix it.Yeah it took me about 1.5-2 hours After I did the top I understood how it worked and the other part wasnt bad.

u got a billet grill,bowtie and clear corners for $100....good deal. looks good.
