i have seen them before on an 03+ black truck they look ok, but if you get the clear corners to match they dont look right because the clear corners have the chrome still in them. this is the only pic i could find but its a different style projector

For that price, I would buy a Truetrac LSD or Caltracs.

 

Is that an SS grill, or did he just paint over the 'chrome'?

 

Thanks for all your inputs and opinions. I think I'll keep my stock headlights. Anyways, the truck in the picture looks like an SS, Tamatt27. The grille mesh is spaced out more compared to the "regular" '03+ grille. I have an SS grille on my truck. It came prepainted too. The GM part number for a black SS grille is 15178219.

 

Hey BlackByrd, I assume you just removed the gold reflectors from the inside? How did you do that?

 

I wish TYC made a nicer looking pair of projectors or I wish sylvania's HID's were cheaper.
