BTW, this is what they looked like before. These pics are of the "good" wheels before. The pictures posted above are the result of 7+ hours of polishing and buffing.

I was extremely pissed to say the least when I recieved them from blow03ss. They were not as he described. Two even had gouges, but we sanded and buffed them out. I conveniently recieved pictures of only the one that was already buffed and the other pictures of them on his truck had to have been when they were new.
O well, the beauty of billet is that it can be fixed. (With great dedication) They look awesome now so that's what matters.

Looks freakin awesome dude A ton better than the old 20's. It really sets off your truck.

Wow, love the stance of your truck. I think many of us hear ya on the polishing. What products did you use to sand, buff, polish?

Thank you all for the compliments. I'm happy with the way it looks now!

Barely. They rubbed the inner fender once on the interstate doing about 85mph over a big dip.

They barely hit the the inner plastic on the driver's side at a full lock turn to the left. I can just pull the plastic back a little and it will be fine.

The backspacing on these help a lot.

We wet sanded them with 600 grit and 800 grit on the tough spots and knicks. Then we used Way2ez polish that we got from Thunder Racing in Baton Rouge, LA. That stuff worked great. ($20 a bottle) Rub on with a microfiber and rub off.
Then we used Mother Incredible Billet Polish ($14 a can from ORielly's). Put a latex glove on and rub by hand only without a towel. Wiped it off with a microfiber. Cleaned it with soap and water. Dried them off and done.
The next day I hit em again with the Way2ez polish for a better shine.

We did everything by hand, but only b/c there is so much detail to these wheels. You could use a mothers ball or buffer for better results.

Yea sure did. He's a nice guy and easy to work with, but I was just mad about the condition of the wheels.
