use fishing string..... heat it up, then just run fishing string to cut the adhesive...

then just use a chemical called ACRYSOL to remove the goo left on.... it is the best way to do it.

the fishing string will be so easy and will keep you from hurting your fingers


EDIT: heat up the molding area... not the fishing string...
