I have a 00 and 04 nethier have any problems in the area you mentioned.
Also your better off putting some good products on your paint to seal em and wax em than washing it 4-5 times a week.
Washing that much is actually damaging to the paint as apposed to a nice detail.Just FYI.

Wax once a month is soso. But if you like to take care of your rides like you say then you would be alot better off looking into some really good products that will keep the paint in tip top shape.
The wax once a month is a good start but washing it so often is really only gonna do damage to the finish creating tons of small swirl marks and so on.
Your better off washing once a week but having good products on the finish.
Doin a nice buff job on it then some sealant/glaze and finally a wax would give you alot more protection and overall just look a ton better.
Do you ever strip everything from it and clay bar the paint then start new?
Not trying to down your methods just trying to give you some tips on how to really keep the paint looking good and last alot longer.

Yes I clay everytime before a full wax but only the spots that need it as the clay has a tendency to marr the clear. I have a porter cable random orbital sander that I use for buffing when needed and use it sparingly. All my towels are pure white cotton cannon towels with USA cotton.
