Default Cleaning headers

Has anyone ever cleaned their headers? I was wondering what I can use that is safe for the ceramic coating and something that won't catch on fire when I start the truck...

try simple green. Its a degreaser, and im not sure if it'll eat the ceramic or not (i doubt it will...) but, all you have to do is spray it on and wash it right off.

I used brake kleen on mine to clean the grease off before I started the truck. I let it evaporate before firing up the truck. The FLP's are not coated though, just stainless.

You could probably use something like Windex or spray nine also. I don't think those type of cleaners would be strong enough to eat ceramic coating. Try them in a small outta the way spot like the instructions say. :p
