Correcting my truck for a change
Whats the saying? The cobblers kids are always the last to get shoes. So busy doing clinics and detailing for other people my stuffs getting neglected.
Just a quick video I put together of me starting to fix the Avalanche. Its been my tester as we developed all the new stuff so I've done a little intentional improper care, plus the weathers been crappy lately, I've been traveling out of town a lot, so shes looking a little rough.
Time to bring back the shine, one panel at a time.
Also should mention... the sale ends Monday at midnight and is good on EVERYTHING we sell, not just the new stuff. Use the code PRESALE2010

Time is all relative to your situation... humidity, temps, amount of product, speed of the machine, etc.
You work the product until it 'flashes' watch the video and pay close attention to the opacity of the polish from the beginning to the end of each step. You work the product until it goes transparent... should look almost like someone smeared vasoline onto the finish.
Stop too soon and the polish won't have done its job, over work the product and you run the risk of the pad causing marring or other problems.

Honestly, with something like the PC you'd have to flip the machine over and beat your truck with it to do damage. We regularly let kids pick them up at demonstrations and buff on cars... its that easy and safe.
Even had a grandma give it a shot at Hot August Nights this year... I'm thinking if she can do it without damaging that hood you'll be fine.

I love Adam's products. I use almost all of them frequently and have always had good results. I just wish they published a chart of some sort that gave you the name of the product and how much "cut" it has.
