If you go 22's try a 305/40 tire,IMO this is the best look with an exteneded cab,mine is lowered 3/4 and I don't have any rubbing,unsure with a 4/6 though, and the tires just look right on the 22's.

305/40 wont clear on a 4/6. My buddy had trouble with his on a 3/5. Alot of that does depend on the offset of the wheel but if I go lower as planned I definetly wont come close to clearing a 305/40.
