I ran the exhaust that way because I was out of options for what I wanted to do. LONG STORY. As to the grill here is a picture that I did up in MSPaint, you get the idea.

id say those flares are a good 3" wider than ours... and not only are those beds pretty rare but yes... they are $$$$

Quik, its a standard shortbed lenght.. As too how much wider I am not sure, Ill get some measurments from the frame rails to the outer edge of the fender lip.. Any other measurments you need?

It flares out more then 3" I know that much.

Thanks for the compliments guys, as too the exhaust I didnt want it that way originally but with the Qsteer rear end and 3" duals it makes it a little harder. I had it dumped and it was WAY too loud, in the cab I was ready to start hitting myself in the head with a pipe.. So I added in some resonators and wanted to exit the exhaust instead of dumping it and that is what I came up with.. I like it now that I got used to it being that way.

the outer most point of the flare ( right above the center of the rim) is about 20.5" from the frame rail.

the bed sides are about the same price as a fleet side
