What was the oil pan painted with? I like it!

Also the paint work on your block/blower looks great.

That's what it looks like to me too. I bet its powdercoated in wrinkle black.....

I like it. The copper says "class". Mine'll be a little wilder, should have my engine back this week and will go to town on the colour. I'm also wondering about the oilpan paint you used.

Its probably the same stuff I use, its called wrinkle plus by VHT.

Works pretty good as long as you prep the surface well.

I dont know about all the copper so Ill wait til youve got it together before I pass judgement but the execution of the paint work is very nice.

really nice work man especially the color. Where did you buy the radix kit? I ask because I have been looking for one at a good price and no luck yet.

It's actually an automotive undercoating. The pan was glass beaded primed and then painted with the spay on undercoating for a little protection. I'm 90% sure it can handle the heat of the oil pan but if it shows any issues I'll just pull it and re-coat it.

I actually bought it used off a guy b/c I knew I would be breaking it down for paint.
