Denali front conversion finished! pics inside
Well finally got a chance to install the denali front end yesterday. I'm still going to put a billet grill in the bumper opening but that will be a few weeks seeing how this was already pricey. what do you guys think. BTW: What is that cooler in front of my radiator (stock trans cooler, engine oil cooler?) What do you guys think?

Follow the lines, but its probably a tranny cooler, do you have a towing package? Where did you get the grill and where do you plan on getting the bumper valence grill from, let me know cuz right now I just have the stock Denali grill insert and nothing in the bumper. BTW, looks great. THANKS!!

FYI, the tranny cooler is intergrated into the radiator and the 6.0 has an option oil cooler that is also intergrated. You have acually 5 possible coolers up their. Coolant, Tranny, and oil(optional in the 6.0 only) all in the radiator. The other two listed above.

That thing has to have the towing package. Looks like a power steering cooler, too. My truck has the oil cooler on the driver side of the radiator opposite of the tranny cooler. I would bet that is a supplemental transmission cooler up front but I could be wrong. Like you say, only way to know for sure is to follow the lines.

I bought all genuine GM parts except for the hood ( Reflexion steel cowl induction ) and the lights ( aftermarket clears ) and I get parts with a discount and I also have a body man who doesnt rape you and I still paid over 2 grand for everything ( 2 fenders, hood, grill, inner bumper, bumper cover, lights and fillers)
