I would bet that is a supplemental transmission cooler up front but I could be wrong. Like you say, only way to know for sure is to follow the lines.
Yes, that is a towing package tranny cooler in the center in front of the condensor. I forgot about that option.

Without the painting of the bumper, it was around $850. Thanks for all of the great replies. I'll check tomorrow and see if its the tranny cooler in the front.
