the truck looks sweet

its not a poor finish. they will clean up and look awesome...boyd coddington just uses a poor grade of aluminum that soaks up any dirt. i literally had to repolish my wheels if it misted outside and i wasnt even driving down the road. i hated them!

Thanks a ton guys! Some have asked about the drop and tires/wheels. The drop is a 3/4 with 255/50/17 Nitto nt450s on front. Yeah, the wheels have seen better days. 7 years of being a daily driver and sitting up when the trans gives me problems. I'm still going to get them powdercoated this year. If I don't like it.....it was time to go with something different anyway.

It does feel good that it can still draw a few compliments after I've owned it for 8 years and 160,000 miles. Plus, go to the track and run 11.83 on the same tires I rode to the track on.

I guess that's why it couldn't do 11's before... you were hauling around all of that dirt
