Default Different Lug Pattern

Anybody thought about or done this? I'm getting ready to do this on my Sierra cause I wanna run Smoothie II's on it. Best I can figure to do this would be new rear axles and new rotors on the front with the updated pattern. Any ideas as to if this is right/wrong or all that's needed? Thanks in advance. BTW, I had pics done of what I hoped to have the truck looking like Photoshopped about a month or so back. Check out the media exchange if you're interested.
