The easiest way to do it is to peel back the clear plastic liner at the edge of the door and reach up in through the hole at the bottom with a socket wrench and shallow socket. You'll have to locate the bolt visually first and then "feel for it" and guide the socket wrench up to it...

It's a PITA but very do-able. I am not "mechanically experienced" but I did mine in under an hour.
