Was going to night shades my lights out back, ever do this? Does the stuff come out good or kind of cheesy??
I do like the 03 and up tails too...maybe find a pair and night shade those instead.

It all depends on how much time you spend on prep. The more you smooth and buff the better they will look. If you dont prep them well and smooth between coats they will look cheesy. But done right I think they look good on dark vehicles. I still think 03+ tails look better though.

ive seen them look cheesy and ive seen them look great. 01thunders tail lights are awesome! they look like someone painted the tail black, but when he hits the brakes you can still see it. ive seen alot of good write ups. search it out and youll find good details on how to do it right.

oh, and the best 40 bux you can spend on the front end of your truck you can probably find them cheaper. i used to be able to pick them up locally for 20 dollars. make sure you get the ones that look like this...the apc signals turn yellow after about 4 months.

Wish I could have found as wide of a tire with a little less side wall in a 16".
They do grip better than the stocks everywhere but I lost a slight amount of off-the line perf.

Shawn, I painted the lower valance with Krylon Fusion, cleaned it up good first. Anything was better than grey faded plastic. It did not come out too bad considering the small amount of prep time I spent.
Was thinking about having the grille's plastic color matched with the handles I bought from you when I get the cash saved up.

Any more suggestions besides lowering it to the ground?

Thanks guys.

Tim, a guy on hear "Beast of a 327", I believe, bought a paintable bumper for like $65 on Ebay and grille for $100 and I'm suprised, it looks REALLY GOOD.
