looks good!!

what do you do with the DRL wires and sockets?

so you basically just add 2 new parking lights in series with the other factory ones?

i think i am going to try it a little differently. i am going to take the outside light wires--hook them to the drl socket.run the jumpers to the outside little light. that way when i turn on my blinker at night the drl light and the original parking light will blink back and forth.

Slammedchevy01: The sockets are just under $20 each retail, I got them for a little less than that.

"Leon Phelps:" I took the DRL sockets off the truck and put them in my toolbox, just in case I need to splice them back on later.

02Denali: That should work...might even look a little better. Good idea!

No, the DRL socket only has two wires...it uses the brighter of the two elements in the 3157 bulb, which is why they showed up brighter when they were just tapped into the power/ground from the other bulb.
