I don't remember the specifics, but I believe there are issues that arise when adding a custom OEM cluster to a 1999 NBS pickup. They changed something between 99 and 00 on the clusters even though they appear the same, though I cannot remember what it is. If I recall correctly, the problem was not insurmountable with some work...though as you can probably tell, my memory is a bit fuzzy on this one.
