Default Fender flare and bumper cover finish???

Hey guys and gals...I have a question about how everyone keeps their plastic bumper covers and plastic fender flares bright and shinny...especially after waxing and when wax gets on the plastic...is there anything out there that works really well? I tried Armour-All, but that didn't quite do it. Thanks for your help!

I had the same problem. I tried everything. I bought duplicolor OEM trim paint and redid all the plastic on the truck. Came out like new. I also did painted the lower valence black and looks awesome. I would try mothers back to black if you dont want to paint.

I've heard the back to black works well but I've never used it.

I have white trim on the doors of my cc, they seem to be stained a little bit what would you use for that?

If they are painted, i would try some sort of semi aggressive polish.

IMO Mothers Back to Black sucks. It only looks good the moment you put it on and it quickly fades away. I would go with something Autoglym, Optimum, or Black Wow puts out. There are plenty more like 1Z, Sonus, Meguires professional line. Heres a link with a few choices. http://http://www.properautocare.com/exterior-trim.html

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions...especially "COLDZ71"...that link...without the extra "http://" shows all products including Back to Black, as well as the ones you suggested...plus more...and they have details associated with all of them...so that site is perfect for EXTERIOR DETAILING!

This site and its members are THE BOMB!
