Few pics of my truck and new house
I got married about 7 months ago and finally got moved in the new house and still gettin settled so i figured id snap some pics of the truck the house and the daily driver.

2k sq ft on a 1/2 acre lot you can pick up for about 150-180 depending. This house was built in 2001 and i picked it up for a steal, less than the going rate. With a new hot water heater, and on top of that the people we bought it from acutally built the house so its not just a spec house.
We got luck and im loving it so far!

...I would love to get a house like that up here, but to get something similar in decent shape would be around 300K

Man congrat's on the marriage and the house looks like you guys are on a good start my wife and I got married back in 2000 just like yesterday. Yeah we bought a house shortly there after as well it's always an investment, sold the house 4 yrs later made $10,000, Good Luck!
