Default Figured I would give this Plasti Dip a Try..

Well, today I picked up some Flat Black Plasti Dip to do the chrome delete on my truck. Nifty stuff. Next will be to get rid of the tan and put my flat black 20's back on for the summer...

Before, with the 20's on...

Getting started...

Grill out...

Masked off...

Sprayed...

Back in one piece...

Today was windy, and it was kind of tricky. I suggest doing it indoors haha!

I usually dont like it when people flat black ther bumper and grill shell, but on yours it looks really good.

Thanks eh! I bought the only two cans I could find in town. Two more show up Tuesday. Might need more than that to cover the tan. I have a half can left currently. It's a learning experience. Got some mean runs at first, but the flat finish hides them ok.

That tan looks WAAAAYYY out of place now. You've got to get rid of it. Front looks pretty good...a little too 'work truck' for my tastes, though.

Yeah, I have never been a fan of the tan. It will get attacked next. Not sure what to do with the Bowtie yet. I will probably wrap it in some sort color of vinyl.
