Well I finally finished smoothing and polishing the factory rims.

Here they are finished and mounted on my truck. I just got threw Claying, polishing and waxing my truck too. thanks and enjoy.

I am definately going to clear coat them. When I was all finished, I decided to clean up my truck. So I usually use Wesleys Beach White on the tires to get them clean, but that stuff stained the damn polished aluminum!!!!! So I had to repolish them. I will probably start on the clear coat next week. I did a test with a piece of aluminum tubing and it turned out great.

thanks for the compliments on the truck, I am just tryin to get the outside done while I am waiting on my warranty to expire before doin any engine goodies...

Yep, that looks much better than those gaudy 20's you had before. Keep your truck simple and clean.

yeah the 20's I had before came with the truck, and I never really liked them.
