Default Fix little rust specs?

The original owner put chrome wheel well trim on my truck and I took it off tonight. Its little dots of it on the front of the front fenders and the back of one of the rear fenders. Is there any simple way to fix or hide these? I dont want to put the chrome back on. Its not much by any means but bugs me that its there.

Sometimes those wheel whell trim leave rust spots from metal shavings from the screws that hold them. I have took these metal specks off with a clay bar and lots of soapy water.

I got it off with some polishing compound and a microfiber towel.
