Default Fullsize GM wheel compatibility?

Are all 6 lug GM full size (Silverado, Tahoe, Avalanche, Suburban) wheels compatible between years? Specifically, I want to know if the 07-09 or 04-06 wheels will fit on a 99-03 Silverado.

I've searched and searched but can't find an answer, although it seems to be yes. I know the newer trucks require 17's for clearance (found that out in searching). If Mustang wheels fit a Grand Prix, I'd expect the Silverado wheels with the same backspacing and bolt pattern to be interchangeable. I've read that GM came up with some new fangled design that made other wheels not work with the 99+ trucks, so I just wanted to make sure I checked before I bought a really cheap set of wheels. Guys buy big wheels all the time, so the stockers are dirt cheap.

I just leveled my truck with the 2" spacer in the front and was thinking about getting 17's and 30" tires.

Yup, all of the 6-lug wheels from the full size vehicles will fit (Trailblazer/Colorado 6-lug wheels, however, will not).

I believe Toyota wheels will also fit, but I'm not positive. The lug pattern is the same, but the center bore might be different. I know GM wheels will fit on a Toyota, though.

Almost forgot about Toyota, although they may have a different backspacing...
