had to take some parts to the chevy dealer a while ago and it looks like they are putting bigger front spoilers on the 06's. the tahoe ones looked huge on the 06 models. i dont remember them being that big on the 05s

I really don't need one on my truck. I already have problems with just the regular valance. lol

I couldn't imagine making the valance any lower than it already is. I've already scraped some of the paint off my valance and its stock height in the front.

Bringing up this old thread, I was wondering if anyone actually had put one of these on their 03-04 silverado and what the part number was?? Just for a confirmation.

Its the same as the 05s so I guess you could say many people have "put" it on there truck.

My 04 has some tabs already built in, Im sure you could use some bolts with some washers and lock nuts.

I was mainly looking for the part number for the 03-04 to order off of gmpartsdirect

I installed one on my 04 and I love it, pn-10386198. That part number is for the 4x4 which is twice as big as the 2wd version (I dont know the PN for the 2wd version). However, you will need a lower valance (gray piece) from a 05 for it to mount up. When I installed my fog light kit it came with a new 05 lower valance, thus I was able to install the chin spoiler.

here's a pic

There are also "tow hook covers" that go behind the tow hooks to reduce wind turbulence under the hood as well as the extension piece. The 05 extension piece should fit on the 03-04 Silverado's with a little modding, Or get the 05 lower valance. I don't want to repaint the lower valance(mine is painted) so I would just mod it to fit.

One is left and the other is the right, not sure which is which.
10392478 -Tow hook cover 2005 Silverado's
10392477 -Tow hook cover 2005 Silverado's
10386198 -Lower bumper extension for the 2005 Silverado's (Correct # as above)
