Yeah...it doesn't look too bad. Just a little weird to me b/c the corners of the 03 grille are less curved than the 99-02 bumper. But it doesn't look bad at all.

my vote's for the 99-02 front (not that it really matters now, but i saw some stuff in this thread that got me thinking...)

i'm now contemplating seeing if a 2500HD bumper will work with my 1500 grille & lower valence

i'd like to have those holes in the front for a custom ram-air setup

I just need my z71 lower valance to put on just been lagging it.

but 99-02 also look clean too.
Ive been wanting to see a GMC SS bumper with full cladding rear SS bumper...?? I have not yet seen anybody do that yet

99-02 FTW, but like many here, I'm biased. It just looks like that is the way it was meant to be. 03+ Looks like a hack job that was done in the hope of keeping it fresh but didn't work out to well. I usually don't like HD hoods on 1/2 tons since it makes the front end look so tall but I've seen one 99-02 GMC with a HD hood and it looked good so make sure if you post pic's after hood swap and I may be swayed yet
