That will look good but why not color match all of it.
If I wasn't swaping I would have color matched the lower valance. Only down side it, most everyone has the full color match going on. Anything will look better then current though!
I might paint my bow tie the gray to match my side skirts, and I will probably paint the "brake ducting holes" on the SS bumper gray. So it will all tie in.

No....ditch the billet grill. Plasti-dip the one you just got. If you put 3-4 coats you might like the looks. If you don't like it just peel it off. Maybe 5 bucks to try it out. Either that or color match the new one you got and just plasti-dip the chevy badge.
