I've seen it used on my Boyds and on a set of Intros, and it worked great! Maybe it depends on the finish of the wheel? Maybe how far they're gone before you start polishing them? I dunno...it worked quite well for me. Were the wheels cool when you polished them, or did you do it in the sun?

I used it right after washing the truck and was in the shade so the wheels were fairly cool to the touch. The wheels didnt look bad before hand but did have some oxidation spots on them I was tring to get rid of. The speed of the ball could play a factor too as I was using a cordless drill that wasnt spinning super fast.

Scream, has seen the PB used on my wheels. It makes them look like mirrors. You do need a drill to spin it fast. I tried a 9.5v drill and wasn't impressed, then I used a 18v and it worked great. The faster you spin the ball the better.

whatever way you homos decide to polish your wheels I recomend Wheel wax by the Tire rack, 
Its good stuff.
I use it to seal up my Boyds after using the PB to buff them.
