Hey Mac, that's a sweet setup! 
How much clearance did you have left behind that speaker baffle board? I'm looking to do a custom fitted box soon and I'm just curious.

As far as the depth.. gimme a few mins to go measure.. but I do know they can fit a 12 inch JL w6, thats all I need when there are 3 of em
