Trying heating the residue with a hairdryer and at the same time wipe the residue away. With it heated, it should remove fairly easily

he has 2 problems, taking the emblems off AND some paint coming off of the dash

Make sure you keep the paint wet------or you will have more than that littel problem you have now....Good luck man

I am talking about the clay bar-----I have seen people fail to keep the paint wet and screw up their car really good.
