THANKS for the compliment! I use and would recommend Hondabrite. It is made by the makers of S100. I am not sure what the manufacturer calls it in there own packaging but it is a total motorcycle cleaner and degreaser. I just by the Honda labeled stuff because I have a dealer close to me and it seems to cost me less. It does a great job of breaking up grime and grease without spotting or staining the plastic and aluminum. It just gives your engine that clean/new look. Easy to use too.

Members on this forum work hard on their trucks and are proud of what they drive. I don't understand the need to post pictures of what you don't want your engine bay to look like. Please don't take this the wrong way. Those pictures were originally posted with some type of pride showing off their work, now they are being used as an example of something sub-standard.

Second picture.
You have a valid point there.

Don't be so girly - we're all men here. I'm not doggin' on anyone's engine bay, I just am amazed at how some of you guys get your engine bay's to look better than when the truck was brand new off the lot. I didn't name names above when I posted pics of engine bays that I wasn't crazy about. Most people don't even know who's engine bays they belong to with the exception of the owner. And if the owner of those so called "undesirable" engine bays sees this thread, maybe it'll be some motivation to chance out all the zip ties, crimped wires, flexible radiator hose, and random same colored wires shooting everywhere. Let's not get off topic. I just wanted to know some good engine bay cleaning techniques. I think I have the info I need so we can just let this thread die now.
