Default Guys with the three piece engine covers....come on in!!!!

Ok, guys....everything is almost perfect with my engine covers. All of the bolts line up perfectly, they hide all of my nitrous noids and wires, and even my nozzles. One question though......my oil filler neck and cap do not fit under the covers. They are pressed down against it, causing me not to be able to screw the cap on and off. Is the neck for the denali/escalade/ss a different design, or is something else going on here? Did any of you have to trim out any of the cover(which I absolutely don't want to do). All of the bolts and bolt holes are a perfect match, but this is just off. Thanks.

There should be a notch for the oil filler cap in the passenger side cover. Your filler is still on that side, right?

it looks like those covers you have there scream give the neck of it more room... look at my pics, if slow has the same covers as i do, there no space to have that neck come up.... thats what im guessing he is talking about.

i kinda like those... i was trying to find some WITHOUT the 6000... but i'll be a poser for now i guess, lol... they'll be sanded down soon enough.

I really wish I could remember now. I didn't have any issues with my filler neck at all. I really need another set of covers.

Thanks guys. I'll take a look at it again tonight and if it still won't go....I'm going to use SSlow 4.8's suggestion. I swear we had everything lined up right, but maybe I was mistaking. It's amazing the **** you can hide under that cover, eh?

I was a dumbass and sold mine. I was planning on swapping to the car intake, but after seeing how it's running now I don't think I'll need to do it.
