I think some of you are misunderstanding the "rear vents" I was trying to convey. I didn't mean the top of hood style heat extractors but rather like the vents in the rear of a cowl induction hood facing the windshield. I didn't know if a HD hood had a tall enough cowl in the rear to cut in some vents there.

Where u think John got the idea? Of course it's from a Gen 5 Camaro. He's just not that smart to come up w/. that on his own. 
Bout a yr. or so back, that 1 guy on here did that Viper style rr venting, but on his Avy IIRC. They were dies from Mechum.
John what bout that Viper style, but instaed of the 5 it uses, try 3?

John, I was wonderin if it'd flex, but sounds like u plan on a metal insert so that'd strenghthen any potential worry there.
Sounds like how cowl hoods look on the side facin the driver. Got a pic(s) of said product? Would any HVAC place have?

Looks ok, but them scoops needed to be where the inside of each stripe is. Also when ever you actually mold, fill plastic over steel it will 99 out of 100 crack around the edge.
