Default HID flickering question

I plan on buying an HID kit today but I was wondering if anyone had issues with the light flickering. The company I intend to buy from has 3 different kits. A regular kit and 2 digital ballast kits that are $45-$100 more. They say one of the digital kits can eliminate 99% of the lights flickering. I was just wondering if its worth the extra money to buy the digital kit.

I spoke to someone else on another forum and they said buying a good relay harness also gets rid of most if not all of the flickering. I just bought one and it was $12.
