Default HID thread

Well been looking at HIDs alot lately, theres alot of threads scattered around, nothing really informative. So I thought, anyone with HIDS post up a pic of the following if you have one, a view of the head lights with the HIDS on, and a pic of the cut off line, also infor like bulb heat range ( example 6000k), also if you have projectors or stock housings, hopeing this can turn into the official HID thread, and maybe a sticky

I dont have any pics of mine, but if you get any. Get 6000ks for the lows and 8000k for the highs and do the 4HI mod...

i currently have 8000k in my lows and 10000k in my highs... lows are too "blue" and the highs are too " purple"..

I have 5ks in my SS, the cheapie ebay ones, looks just as good as the ones in my Lexus. I had to tilt them down some to stop getting high beamed.

A little blue, but not too bad IMO... crappy day time pic:

Jtbrewer, grow a thick skin if you want to sell stuff. Sorry, but people are gonna have their opinion on your price/product no matter what. How you handle it determines whether or not you will be successful.

I have 8000K, lows and high's, with the 4 high mod. I'll never go back to a regular halogen, you can see a long ways with just the low's but flick the high's on and after they "come to temp" its a holy **** difference. Especially on a wet road that normally "absorbs" the light of a halogen, these stick out, the lines in the road almost glow, and you can see anything.
Low's

Both

Placement pics..
