How bout that, FINALLY got the smoked 3rd light in

I say you do your tails too. I've had.mine for almost a year and haven't been bothered whatsoever for them. And mine are completly BLACK with niteshade not just smoked. But my light still shines through them day and night. I think cops just use them to pull you over for other suspicion like stated before but won't ticket you on them. I'm pretty sure all they care about is for the brake light and turn signals to be visible cause I've had numerous cops just follow behind me until I brake or use a turn signal to make sure the light is visible and once they've confirmed it they just pass me and drive off. Maybe its not the same where your from but there's only one way to find out. Do them too!

To be honest with you John, the way your luck is around your area I would just leave them alone.
Thanks guys. I am really debating whether or not to do the tails. I have been deep into the law book. Even if I leave the back circle areas red( non smoked) I still need to have a area around the side of the light that reflects( to technically be legal) So I dunno wtf I am doing.

Yah cops are like rolling the dice around here, might go with a 1 light coat just to darken them up slightly, but still keep the red very visible. I have had cops stop me in the parking lot, I am thinking I am getting a ticket, they just want to BS about the truck. I had smoked tails before, but got hassled.
