very deep scratches will require a body shop lol. as for the lil scratches i just use my turtle wax black wax. u can get it walmart or autozone.
smoking the tails.....like sil4.8 said. or do it ur self. 2000 grit, lots of sanding, 2 to 3 coats of paint and clear (use paint lightly until desired darkness) and there ya go

For scratches, you will need to use a polishing compound and a buffer to get the most out. Like said, the deep ones will need to be taken care of at a body shop, but I'm sure most can be taken out with polish and a buffer. I'll let some of the other recommend specific products to you.

As for smoking the tails, like said many get them done at body shops where they mix a little black paint in with clear to smoke them. DIYers use night shades, or lightly "dust" black paint on until the desired darkness is achieved, and then clear them.
