Default How do you safely remove powdercoat?

My wheels are starting to look like turd and I want the powdercoat stripped off. What's the safe way to do this without causing the wheels to warp or heat them up?

take them to a powder coater. Blasting will remove it but that is beat left to a coater to do.

There's no liquid removal process? Some carcinogenic chemical I can spray on them?
