For a 2/4 drop my buddy payed $515 with everything. Not bad I think. But if you can get away doing it yourself you'll save you some dough!

Mine cost me about $500 installed, but that didn't include cam bolts and alignment

The reason I ask is because I called a local guy and he charges $400 to install already purchased kits. So I would have to buy the kit then an additional $400 bucks, seemed a little steep.

Since I have a 4x4, my drop was fairly cheap...just had to buy Belltech keys, rear shackles, and 2wd U-bolts, plus new front bump-stops since I trimmed my originals too much. The whole thing cost less than $300, since I did the work myself, including the alignment (my buddy let me use the alignment rack at the Toyota dealership that he works at, did it on a Saturday). Biggest expense was the Gibbs wheels and Toyo Proxes. I could have went with front spindles which are more expensive, but I went the economy route. I really should get some new shocks that are intended for a lowered vehicle...when I get the bux.
