I've got everything out of the truck except the passenger side grab bar. I've already pulled out the white tabs but I still can't get the f-er out. Do I have to pry that SOB out or what? Thanks

Yup but you will have trouble just the same while putting it back in

i think you are supposed to push them in. i pushed the white tabs in and mine slide out very easy.

You push in the white tabs!!!!! Put em back in and push em in then pull out on the bar.

Damn, I knew something was wrong. Now to get back to work getting that sucker sanded down. Thanks a ton, guys. Hopefully the interior will be painted and cleared by early next week.

Not to thread hijack, but how do you get to the tabs?

Through the ac vents. You'll see two little white tabs up toward the bar. I don't think I'm going to put my bar back in. I think I'm going to get some filler and just fill the holes in. I'm also going to remove and sell the passenger side airbag. I've got plans for what is going in that spot.
