keep it tight to the grille like that. also make sure its level. take your time it looks real good so far.

thats what I was thinking as well, maybe 1/2" gap, in the pic it is resting right up against the underside of the grill and lights, I might be able to get away with 1/4", suggestions?

That looks really sharp. The only part that looks just a little bit odd is the area where the bumper meets the fender flare. The way the bumper dips in and the harsh bottom edge of the flare doesn't flow really well.

get it as tight as you can and still be able to take the grille out. the less gap the better in my opinion. it looks awesome so far.
