thanks guys! I've been thinking about a different direction as well, might push the performance mods back a bit though.

Update:

Finished the brackets, I'm using stacks of washers for now, need to get some aluminum spacers machined up at the correct measurements. Bracket relocation is rock solid, I can shake the entire truck quite well from one bracket alone, front to back strength seems good as well. enjoy

Final mock-up pics, heat exchanger and intercooler pump relocated, bumper firmly in place, everything clearanced and fitting well

Now that I look at it, I kinda like the chrome grill, and I think the JG bumper looks more proportionate with the "power dome" hood over the 03-05 non HD hood.........hmm........what should I do, any recommendations are welcome at this point

Well, I have to say, paint it, and try to do the mirror caps as well and I bet it will bring it all together, looks really good.
