It drives me to see a loose fit, esp. for what custom covers cost. Once I got over the materials cost & labor cost (cause I don't think I wanna try cause I want them to fit tight)

I like my cloth ones for reason they're already there, so no added expense. But really, I hate cold leather in winter, & super hot seats in summer. And cracks in leather drive me ape-****.

I can't say I haven't thought of Katzkins, cause I have. But I'm keying in on performance 1st, looks later. I think. AT least I'm tryin to stay on board w/. that plan, loosely speakin of course.

Looks great. And yes, while spendy @ $625-825 just for materials, it totally transforms interior.

When u compare the 2, Derek's & yours, Dereks fit tight overall, 'cept that pass seat bottom, but can they be re-tightened after, yes or no, Derek? Todd's only have that slight looseness on the inserts, but that's sweet too. Either would be fine in my truck.

Mine are very comfortable, I was actually really surprised how much more comfortable they made the factory seats.

Thanks Tom, I lucked out and my covers were only $350 used, But in excellent condition. I wouldnt have paid $800 for them haha.

And yes my passenger seat is a little loose(Loose like john), Sometimes the clips underneath that hold the leather tight come un-done, But it can be pulled tight. Its just VERY hard to do, That leather is some tight **** haha..

Ya, u seem to find more great deals than anyone.

If I lived there, I'd just have u find me a 6L. Then I'd need 80E probably too.

Careful what u say, John's gonna come into this thread & queer it all up.

Gotcha, so you'd hafta take out seats & "re-tweak" em.

See, that's how I feel about trans work. Seats might be a lil easier. OK, alot.

DO IT, The torque alone is an unbelievable difference.. And now that you mention it, He queers up all the threads

Alot easier than trans work, But still a pain. I will get on it one of these days..

Yes these kits do suck to install specially the head rest. I worked at a place here in baton rouge louisiana for over a year that did these kits monday through friday for dealerships and used car lots not custom order just replaced cloth for leather you wouldn't believe the dealerships that switched to katskins in brand new vehicles from cloth and vinal to leather

Damm I want some of those bad bud I'd ether spend twice the money on a new paint job and spray in bedliner first but they do change the whole interior look
