For special tools, you need hog rings, and a hog ring plier. You could possibly also need spray adhesive if your doing door panel inserts. Other then that, some pliers and cutters are fine.

I did my old Subaru WRX, and it took me about 8 hours for both the front seats and rear seats.

Regular hand tools and hog ring pliers. I've never done Katzkins, but that's all that I've ever needed for every other seat cover that I've done. Maybe their website will have instructions...I think it's www.autoleathers.com

Tools?

I just used two screwdrivers to take the seat apart where the plastic parts were. Then a razor blade to cut the seats for the seatbelts and headrest holes.

Hog ring and pliers?? i dont know what that is. I would not use spray adhesive on the seats, but maybe the door panels. Never got around to installing the suede on the doors, i have billet there anyways.

Took me about 3 hours from start to finish for the two seats I have w/o taking them out of the truck.

ditto no hog rings on our seats they un zip and have velcro. you might get some spray silicone to help with the head rest. it makes it slipery but leaves no oily residue. only other thing you night need but could use a screw driver is a tucker for the door pannels and yes you will need spray adhesive for the doorpannels and the center concole.

Yes, you take the old covers off. Except for the armrest cover. If you have buckets, do a search on how to remove armrests using my user name.
