LED lighting help
I would like to replace the bulbs in my wife's Yukon before it comes out of the paint shop. I would like to replace all the lights in the front minus the high and low beams with cool white LEDs. in the rear I would like to replace the reverse lights and tag lights with again cool white LEDs. I want to replace all the dome lights, map lights, and lights in the doors with LEDs again cool white. The only reason I was looking cool white is because how much brighter it is. Could someone help me out with a break down of exactly what bulbs I need or someone to get them from? I need to have it all before next weekend. The tail lights I ordered are new LED aftermarket housings so I don't need tail light bulbs just the reverse lights. The third brake light doesn't work anymore it is the factory LED, the truck has the big lift door so short of buying a new one could I have it redone? I know Tootall messes with interior lighting so maybe he can break down exactly what I need or someone in the know. Hopefully someone is a dealer or can get it all cheap

round over head lamps/door entrys - push locks
The map lights or rear over head entry lights are the barrel style
the round map focus lights are the push locks.
I haven't had all that success with the push locks. The have really small cheap resistors in them, and they either blink, half go out, or just dead all together. I've replaced almost all of them on the other trucks that I've done with my own homemade style. I still use the push lock holder, just not the push lock bulb.
I have done one truck with all the markers/turns/signal lamps. I used load resistors for the blinkers, one at each corner, but they still didn't last. They would either blow out fuses, or nothing at all. The load resistors get rid of the rapid fash.

If I can't order everything I need and it just plug in and work like it is supposed to I won't do it. I am not going to be building boards and making LEDs panels for it to work. I understand that once you add a LED bulb since the resistance is less you need to as a resister otherwise the blinker will blink fast like a blown bulb. If the resistors aren't going to work like they should then I won't fool with it. I just thought it would be cool to have all the bulbs replaced with LEDs for that super bight light they offer. If I can get some high quality that won't cause any problems then sign me up.

It doesn't look like Superbrightleds.com is too interested in earning anyone's business or making a sale. I have called 4-5 times and sent 4 emails with no response. I called Recon and they answered right away and said I can get everything before next weekend with no problems. I am going to replace all the bulbs on the interior side and the outside with LEDs. I just need to go to the body shop and count the number of dome lights and map lights and see what bulbs I need there. I am getting excited as hell about Stacey's truck with everything that is being done to it.
