I used a OEM 2000 Tahoe chrome shell and removed the black fins, then used the OEM chrome fins out of my stock pickup grille and plastic welded them in place. Also used the Tahoe bumper cap and painted to match. More OEM looking and thicker plastic.

my grill is a trendz or trenz something like that remove the stock one and slides in with minor modifications got it for 75 bucks

damn nice truck i think it would look over the top if your grill was black
