If I was you, I would trade up to a Silverado SS. Then modify it a little bit to suit your needs and that way you have something not too flashy but put a smile on your face. Just a thought there.
However, if you want to keep the truck, definately wheels and tires, billet grill would add some spice to the outside without being too flashy. Then do some interior mods like guage face plate, nice seat covers, and some performance mods like headers, supercharger, etc.

MMM good lookin truck man! I honestly liked it with the big tires on it. It definately sat higher, but I liked how stuffed the fenders looked.
The big thing is, I use the truck for my work truck or what I use to visit customers and junk like that. So it cant be too flashy. Thus no chrome rims or anything like that. I was thinking the "murdered out" look might be appropriate.
I think it might spark interesting conversation with some of my customers if they were into anything car or truck wise.
