rolled rear fenders but different offset wheels would solve that.

I would try find a 245/70R17. I think you would have problems with the 265 depending on the offset of your wheels.

rims are the same specs as the stock rims. i just needed the wider tire for some help with traction. the spare tire is the exact height as these. i just dont want to have to buy new tires if i dont have to

Might work then. You might have to roll the rear lips but the only way to tell is to drop it and see.

See if you can rent an eastwood fender roller from somewhere or someone. That is the best way to do it. If not you could cut slits in the lips and use a bat to roll them up but I've seen a few fenders get messed up that way. But I wouldnt worry about it til after you drop it.
