I just wondered that myself and did some googling.
Louisville Slugger.
I'm scared of messing anything up.. Even the tiniest flaw on my new truck would kill me.
unless i could practice rolling a baseball bat on yours im just not comfortable with that option.
But i was thinking of putting a cut where each of the 3 holes are and getting some sheet metal vice grips that are meant to bend 90 angles and what not and trying that.

See if you can rent an eastwood fender roller from somewhere or someone. That is the best way to do it. If not you could cut slits in the lips and use a bat to roll them up but I've seen a few fenders get messed up that way. But I wouldnt worry about it til after you drop it.

2/4 will make it look like your photo and you can fit your tire size. I would not try 4/6 with those tires.(unless your willing to do some cutting and fender rolling)
Here is a 3/5 with 275/60/17 the back was fine, but it came close up front, this is a .5" shorter tire

If you want 4/6 go straight to it, 2/4 now and lower later will require different drop kits and too much work. Do you plan on notching the frame? because you will need to for more than 4" in the back
