Bed cover is a ******** x2000, fits really well, nice and snug to the bed.
Personally I like the looks of a steel pan and the fact they provide their own support. TXsilverado (I think) had a urethane pan that he trimmed and fitted just right so it looked better. If you plan on molding the pan to the bedsides, get the urethane one as it will make it a lot easier.

not a lot, mines a sir michaels and it lined up pretty good out of the box. you might have to tweak it a bit, so that the tailgate can open and close fully. but thats about it.

yes your rear fenders will at the very bottom edges were the roll pan brackets meet the body theres a lip on it the has to be cut out. look at the picture....
and then there's 5 holes to drill in your bed.
